Where are you based and where are your products made?
SixElevenCreations is based in the UK, just outside of London. All of our products are proudly sourced and made in the UK.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Please see estimated shipping times in the "How long will it take my order to reach me?" section below. Postage costs are calculated at the point of checkout.
Please note that orders outside of the UK may incur import taxes, VAT or handling fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How and when will my order be dispatched?
Orders are packed in a board-backed envelope to prevent damage in transit. We always aim to minimise the use of single-use plastic. Please refer to our sustainability page for more information.
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. Orders will be shipped to the delivery address specified at checkout.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for incorrect, incomplete or outdated addresses – it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure these details are accurate and complete.
How long will it take my order to reach me?
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Once dispatched, orders are in the hands of the postal service.

*Please note that shipping times can vary depending on how long the postal system in your country holds an item at customs for inspection - this is especially true for the wallprints. The majority of deliveries arrive within 7 working days but there are rare occasions where it can take up to 32 working days.
Do you offer express delivery options?
We offer a guaranteed next working day delivery option for UK customers (if ordered before 10am). We advise customers who are unable or unwilling to use their order for a later occasion (in the event of delayed post) to upgrade to this service instead of relying on the free standard shipping service.
Do you offer tracked delivery services?
Our usual delivery services listed above do not have tracking. If you would like a tracked service, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss options and prices.
Can you send cards direct to the final recipient for me?
We would be delighted to send your card directly to its recipient. All you have to do is choose the "Yes - Send To Them" option in the “Add Message Inside” drop down menu when purchasing your card and include your message in the text box above the "Add to cart" button on the product page. We will print your message inside the card. Don't forget to enter the recipient's name and shipping details when checking out!

What does GSM mean? What quality of card do you print on?
You might have noticed references to GSM in the product descriptions and wondered what GSM means. GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter and the higher the GSM number, the heavier and thicker the paper. All our greeting cards and wall prints are printed on 300 GSM FSC-certified card stock. To give you an idea of the quality of paper we use, standard A4 printing paper which you might be familiar with is 80 GSM.
