Personalisation Instructions
Add a message inside your card:
Our cards come blank inside but we'd be delighted to print a personalised message inside the card for you. And, we can also post the card direct to the recipient on your behalf!
Just select the appropriate "Yes" option in the "Add Message Inside?" drop-down menu when placing your order.
- If you would like us to send the card to you, select the "Yes - Send To Me" option. We will print your message and pack your card and envelope in protective packaging and send to you, so you can give the card to the recipient yourself.
- Choose "Yes - Send To Them" and we will print your message and send the card directly to the recipient on your behalf.
Instructions for adding your message:
- Leave your message in the text box just above the "Add to cart" button.
- Please note you are responsible for the accuracy of the message as it will be printed exactly as provided.
- If you have selected the "Yes - Send To Them" option, don't forget to include the name and address of the lucky recipient as the delivery address - this also ensures you pay the correct postage
Shipping Info
- Free shipping on all UK orders.
- International shipping: £3 for the first card and £1 for each subsequent card; £6.50 for the first print and £1 for each subsequent print
- Dispatched on the same or next working day in a board-backed envelope to prevent damage in transit
- UK card orders are posted First Class except sale items which are posted Second Class
- We offer a Next Working Day Signed For Shipping option at checkout. We dispatch orders on the same day if ordered before 10am, otherwise on the next working day. Royal Mail guarantees that they deliver the following working day, after dispatch.
- International postage is via Royal Mail International Standard, delivery is estimated to take 5 to 10 working days (Europe) and 7 to 14 working days (Rest of the World) from dispatch date, but timing is not guaranteed
- Orders are not sent tracked

I never received my item, this seems to be a big problem with this shop. I ordered this card on December 2nd with my arrival date being the 16th-18th of December... it is now the 23rd of December and I have to buy another card because it's supposed to be for Christmas. It should not take over a month for a card to show up, when I reached out to the seller I as well got the run around about how it could be lost in the mail, or maybe even a resident in my own home has miss placed it. Not a happy camper 10/10 do not recommend ordering from this shop unless you want to wait a month to get the item you need
Hi Sarah, we are sorry your card has still not arrived. You placed your order 3 weeks ago and we dispatched it to you in the US the following working day. Unfortunately, once we dispatch an order delivery timing is outside of our hands. Whilst almost all orders arrive promptly, a handful are delayed especially during the Christmas period. When you contacted us about the slow delivery, we responded within a day and offered to look into the delivery for you, and asked you to confirm some information we need. We did not hear back from you, so we took it to mean that your card arrived. We would always advise buyers to contact sellers directly to resolve issues before leaving a review.
